Also, I guess I don't really have to tell you this but if you wanna attract more people to read, then shouldn't you be updating your blog regularly?
Sometimes even a short post matters. Nobody said you always have to write a long proper post no matter what right?
After all, it's your blog anyways :D
So if you can log on for even just 5 minutes, at least post something up. Then people'd at least know you're still keeping your blog up to date? When they know you're active, they'd surely visit more often. :)
Well, I personally don't think there's anything wrong with your page layout. It's interesting enough. But if you feel that it's lacking something, then you can always change it according to your preference. It's just your individual taste ^^
